Erin's Story
Iām a Long Beach-based home cook, cookbook collector, and dinner party enthusiast. My food is unfussy, but always delicious and meant to be shared. After a childhood spent watching the Food Network and a career in marketing & events, I gained experience in restaurants and catering kitchens. I can't host a dinner party every night, so I am here to help with yours.
OFFERINGS
I believe everyone can cook, but not everyone has the time or interest. So, that's where I come in!Together, we can create multi-course dinner parties, casual cocktail hours, festive, themed birthday celebrations, and more!I will handle menu planning, shopping, cooking, set-up and clean-up, including food and delicious drinks. If you also need a tablescape and the perfect playlist, I will do that too! My fees start at just $200.Think of me as your extra set of hands in the kitchen, your co-host, and your excuse to have people over. Whatever the occasion, let's party!
